A Living Virtual Therapeutic Practice

Amanda Vazquez, M.A.

About

Hi, I’m Amanda - a psychospiritual therapist with a background in depth-oriented and relational psychology.

I’m Cuban-American and was raised in Miami, Florida.

My work is rooted in depth, intimacy, and consciousness.

I approach the psyche as something living—shaped by our relationships, histories, attachments, beliefs, and the ways we make meaning of our experiences.

Through a transpersonal lens, I also make space for experiences that extend beyond our ordinary sense of self: spiritual awakening, expanded states of awareness, questions of meaning and purpose, and an ongoing dialogue with what it means to live in alignment with God.

The work is not about escaping the human experience.

It is about becoming more capable of inhabiting it.

Together, we explore the patterns shaping how you relate to yourself, to others, and to life itself.

We pay attention to what is asking to be understood, what is ready to change, and what may need to be accepted rather than overcome.

This is not surface-level work or quick-fix healing.

It is an invitation to develop the capacity to see clearly—to distinguish projection from perception, intensity from intimacy, and spiritual insight from the realities of everyday life.

My work often explores:

  • Relational dynamics and attachment

  • Projection, perception, and discernment

  • Intimacy and emotional safety

  • Spiritual experiences and their integration into daily life

  • Identity, meaning, and personal evolution

  • Habit formation, accountability, and goal setting

My background includes formal graduate study in psychology and spirituality alongside years of direct experience in one-on-one and immersive psychospiritual settings.

My approach brings these worlds together: psychological inquiry, relational awareness, spiritual exploration, and practical integration.

I work with individuals and couples who are willing to engage honestly with themselves, question the stories through which they perceive their lives, and take sustained action toward greater well-being.

*Please note: I hold an M.A. in Psychology and Spirituality from SMBI, Columbia University. However, I am not a licensed mental health provider. I have chosen an alternative approach to healing, which means I do not diagnose, take on legal cases, admit clients into medical facilities, or provide legal documentation.*
